Unable to Receive Verification Code (OTP) Solutions

If you're unable to receive verification codes, please check these possible causes:

1. Input Error

  • Mobile users: Carefully verify if the phone number is complete and correct
  • Email users: Common errors include email address typos (like @gmali.com instead of @gmail.com)

2. Phone Status Issues

Please confirm:

  • If your phone service is active and paid
  • If SMS blocking is enabled
  • If your SMS inbox is full

3. Request Frequency Limits

  • Same phone number
  • Same IP address
  • Same device
