Why Can't Some Messages Be Shown on My Device?

    • We determine account region based on your registration phone number

Q: How do I know if I'm subject to content restrictions?

A: On desktop, check Settings->Privacy & Security->Sensitive Content to see if related options are disabled. If you can't configure these settings, your account or region doesn't allow content restrictions.
