Where Are My Downloaded Files?

Desktop Client​

Quick View File Location​

  • Click the [📁folder icon] next to downloaded files
  • Or right-click the file and select [Show in Folder]

Modify Download Path​

  1. Open application settings
  2. Go to [Data Management]
  3. View or modify download path in [Download Folder] option

Important Notes​

  • File types and storage locations:
    • Documents, archives, and other file messages: saved in download folder
    • Images, videos, and multimedia messages: only saved in app cache directory, need manual right-click to save elsewhere
  • Download path defaults to system "Downloads" folder
  • File security:
    • Downloaded files won't be deleted when uninstalling the program or logging out

Mobile​

File Storage Location​

  • Downloaded files are saved in the private storage space of the application
  • Other applications cannot directly access these files

How to Use Downloaded Files​

  1. Use the [Share] feature in the application
  2. Select the following actions:
    • Share to other applications
    • Save to phone storage
    • Export to specified location
